How can I review the content of the templates before I subscribe?  You may not review the content of every template before subscribing but you can download a free template from Templates.

Can I see a sample template? Yes, see Templates.

How do I know the templates are up to date? Templates are up to date as of January 2025.  They will also be reviewed regularly and be stamped with a ‘version’ and a ‘review’ date for any updated version post January 2025 . We recommend you always download the template at the time you require it and not re-use previously downloaded templates.

What if I subscribe and you don’t have the templates I need? With almost 300 templates available, we believe you will find all the key templates required for tendering for UK projects. You can also see which templates are available, without subscribing, by clicking the "i" icon next to the category within Templates.

What formats do you provide the templates in? Templates are provided in editable versions of Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint.

Where will my templates be downloaded? Templates are downloaded directly to the device you are using.

Are the templates approved from a legal perspective? Our templates have been checked by our legal team but it is your responsibility to have all content checked by your own legal representatives before you submit your tender.

​Subscription and Payments

Once I subscribe, is there a limit on the number of templates I can access and download? You can access any template from whichever plan you have subscribed to an unlimited amount of times. In order to access all of our available templates you would need to subscribe to each one of our three plans. See How It Works.

Can I just buy one template instead of subscribing? No. With most tenders there are multiple templates required and you will benefit from any latest updates which is why this site is a subscription only site. 

How do I change the card I use for my subscription? Instructions on changing your payment card can be found in My Account under My Wallet.

What payment methods are accepted? We accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and UnionPay.

Can I freely share the templates once I have downloaded them? Templates are for your personal or organisational use only and can only be shared for tendering purposes. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
 

Does my subscription auto-renew? Yes, if you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the 12-month period, it will auto renew for a further 12 months. This will be at the published price as at the time of renewal.

How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription any time by going to My Account and selecting My Subscriptions. You will still have access to the plan you subscribed to, for the balance of your 12-month subscription period, the status in My Subscriptions will show as "Pending cancelation" and will not auto-renew.
